Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with AI experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, along with hands-on exposure to AI/ML integrations, Generative AI solutions, and modern cloud-based development practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications and enterprise solutions.

Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as chatbots, recommendation engines, intelligent search, and document processing solutions.

Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS AI services, or equivalent platforms.

Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions following coding standards and best practices.

Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and data integration processes.

Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills:

Backend Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Node.js Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and backend development patterns

Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT)

Frontend Hands-on experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience designing responsive and user-friendly web applications

Knowledge of state management frameworks and frontend optimization techniques AI & Machine

Learning Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development

Experience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent platforms

Understanding of prompt engineering, AI model integration, and AI application workflows

Experience with Python for AI/ML integration is preferred

Database: Strong experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB

Knowledge of database design, optimization, and performance tuning

Cloud & DevOps

Experience with Git version control CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development

Experience building enterprise web applications using modern technologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industries Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native application development

Understanding of application security, OWASP standards, and secure coding practices

Experience with performance optimization and scalability improvements

Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications are a plus
