Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Michigan (Candidates must be local to Michigan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, Flows, and other automation tools.
• Develop REST/SOAP API integrations and implement authentication and SSO solutions.
• Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with state standards.
• Support data migration, system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, including LWC.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD and release management.
• Exposure to data migration and cloud integration projects.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
• Familiarity with government processes, compliance, and FedRAMP environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
