This includes professional follow-up with legal counsel and other workflow participants, regardless of seniority, to reinforce compliance with established lifecycle processes.
Provide the General Counsel with detailed workflow status reporting for delayed workflows, including workflow owner, days outstanding, reason for delay, recommended next action, and escalation needs.

Ensure no workflow remains inactive for more than 30 days without a documented status, resolution plan, pause, reassignment, or closure.
Assist with workflow improvements, data quality, templates, playbooks, and process controls designed to improve consistency, efficiency, and visibility across the contract lifecycle.
