What You Will Do:

  • Co-create a long term vision that helps those going through pregnancy and postpartum understand their bodies, manage their symptoms, detect risk and take action to improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team, including scientists, clinicians, designers, engineers and commercial team members, to translate research, user insights, scientific findings and complex health concepts into novel product experiences.
  • Deliver bold and novel pregnancy and postpartum experiences - both wellness and regulated - to members, helping drive member acquisition, retention and measurable health outcomes
  • Define and prioritize product requirements from early concept through launch, with an iterative and evidence-driven mindset
  • Lead launch readiness and post-launch iteration
  • Be accountable for defined adoption, quality, safety, and outcome metrics
  • Leverage market, qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and inform future iterations
  • Contribute to the broader Product team’s best practices and help foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams on product strategies that align with applicable regulatory frameworks

Strong preference for candidates in San Francisco (hybrid with willingness and ability to work in office 1-3 days/week) or Boston (remote).

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in rapidly scaling or hyper-growth companies with high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Experience defining, building, and scaling 0-to-1 products that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • A track record of shipping AI-enabled or AI-native consumer products through launch and iteration.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, requirements definition, and decision-making. You can articulate how AI has changed your product practice, how you validate AI-generated outputs, and where human judgment remains essential.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and design teams to define product behavior, evaluation criteria, feedback loops, quality thresholds, and failure handling.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and/or women’s health, including demonstrated professional experience and impact building healthcare products.
  • A track record of working with scientists and clinicians to co-develop high-caliber, science-backed product experiences.
  • The ability to collaborate and influence through clear written and verbal communication and build strong relationships across diverse teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with regulated, privacy-sensitive, or safety-critical products.
