• Design and implement Kubernetes operators in Go for managing distributed storage systems (Ceph/Rook) at scale
• Own the full life cycle of storage infrastructure - deployment, upgrades, scaling, capacity planning and incident response.
• Kubernetes: Deep expertise with controllers, operators, CRDs, admission webhooks - not just a user but a builder
• Go: Production-grade operator development using controller-runtime, client-go; comfortable with reconciliation loops, finalizers, status conditions
• Storage: Hands-on experience operating Storages like Netapp, Pure, Ceph
• Ceph Development
