* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network faults across integrated IBCS subsystems; escalate to program engineering as required
* Provide feedback to program leadership on system performance, reliability trends, and end-user issues
* Support Program Help Desk as tier-2/3 escalation point
* Assist in system emplacement, initialization, and configuration at new fielding sites
* Conduct operator and maintainer training on IBCS system operation and administration Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience; six (6) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle)
REQUIRED CLEARANCE * Active DoD Secret Clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS * IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE strongly preferred; must obtain within 180 days of hire if not already active per DoD 8570/8140)
REQUIRED SKILLS * Linux system administration - RHEL or CentOS; command line proficiency, scripting, user/permission management, log analysis

* Able to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs unassisted
* Effective oral and written communication; able to translate technical findings for military operators and leadership
