Cabinet Installer Crew Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to join a growing custom cabinetry company. This position is for someone who can independently handle high-quality residential cabinet installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate can read detailed cabinet plans, complete whole-house installations with limited supervision, troubleshoot field conditions, and lead less-experienced installers when needed. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands the level of detail required for custom cabinetry.

We're particularly interested in experienced installers who can be handed a set of cabinet plans and trusted to take a project from layout through final installation without constant supervision. If you have experience installing custom residential cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, built-ins, vanities, millwork, or similar high-end finish products, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $25 - $30 / hour depending on experience

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Friday: Overtime as needed

This schedule provides a primarily four-day workweek, with additional overtime opportunities based on workload.

What You'll Do

• Install custom cabinetry in residential and multi-unit projects
• Complete whole-house cabinet installations using plans and drawings with limited supervision
• Read and interpret detailed cabinetry plans, layouts, and specifications
• Accurately lay out, level, secure, and adjust cabinetry
• Perform necessary field modifications and troubleshoot installation issues
• Ensure doors, drawers, panels, trim, fillers, and other components are properly aligned and finished
• Lead and assist junior cabinet installers throughout projects
• Manage installations from initial setup through final completion
• Coordinate work efficiently to meet project schedules
• Inspect completed installations for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, project managers, and other trades
• Use mobile devices, tablets, and project-management software to access project information and document work
• Follow company procedures and jobsite safety requirements
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and materials

• 3+ years of professional cabinet installation experience
• Ability to independently complete a whole-house cabinet installation
• Strong understanding of custom cabinetry installation methods
• Ability to read and work from detailed cabinetry plans
• Strong measuring, layout, leveling, and finishing skills
• Experience troubleshooting field conditions and making necessary adjustments
• Previous experience leading or training junior installers preferred
• Ability to manage installations with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, Google products, and project-management software
• Dependable and able to consistently arrive on time
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own basic hand tools; major tools are provided
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements
