Sales Executive Trailers & Machinery €40,000 €60,000 Location: Dublin Are you mechanically minded, commercially driven and looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career in sales? Talent Guardian is working with an established manufacturer and distributor based in North Dublin, specialising in premium stainless steel catering trailers and construction machinery. Supplying customers across Ireland and Europe, our client is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing business and take ownership of sales across two exciting product ranges.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a genuine interest in machinery and wants to make a real impact within a growing business. The Role You'll be responsible for: Managing incoming sales enquiries from websites, social media and marketing campaigns, converting opportunities into orders. Proactively identifying and developing new business through outbound calls, emails and relationship building. Engaging with customers across hospitality, catering, events, construction and other commercial sectors.

Working closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements, prepare quotations and recommend suitable products. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the trailer and machinery ranges. Supporting sales of new and used machinery alongside equipment rental opportunities. Representing the business at trade shows and industry events across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. What we're looking for: A genuine interest in machines.

A mechanical background, engineering study or hands-on experience with equipment counts for more here than a polished sales CV. Technical nous, and comfortable discussing specification rather than working from a script. Driven and early in your career, happy to pick up the phone to someone who is not expecting your call. Consultative and professional. These are considered purchases, not a hard sell. What's on Offer A competitive base salary plus commission on revenue, with outbound business rewarded at double the inbound rate and no threshold in year one.

Five days a week in the office to begin with, moving to a flexible arrangement once established. Travel is limited and always alongside the technical team. Interested?
