Global Compensation Manager - Secure Logistics & Cash Management

Brink's is seeking a Manager, Global Compensation Consulting to design and manage compensation programs that support our secure logistics and cash management operations worldwide. In this role, you will lead market benchmarking, salary structure design, and incentive plan modeling, ensuring pay programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our mission-driven culture. Partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you will guide annual pay cycles, provide analytical insights, and support governance for global job architecture and total rewards strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation consulting projects across regions and business units
• Design and refine base pay, incentive, and sales compensation programs
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure analysis
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal governance
• Advise HR and business leaders on pay strategy and total rewards
• Develop compensation tools, models, and decision-support dashboards
• Support annual merit, bonus, and pay review cycles
• Present compensation recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and cost modeling for pay programs
• Support M&A, job architecture, and global leveling initiatives
