We are seeking a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert to contribute domain expertise toward the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of chemistry to review, create, and refine high-quality scientific content that enhances AI reasoning and accuracy. Prior experience in artificial intelligence is not required—your chemistry expertise is the key qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate chemistry content to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Create, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, and technical analyses.
- Develop detailed explanations of chemical concepts, reaction mechanisms, and laboratory processes across varying levels of complexity.
- Assess and verify chemical equations, datasets, calculations, and experimental procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality scientific content aligned with project objectives.
- Provide structured feedback to improve chemistry-related datasets and documentation used for AI model development.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of project guidelines using your subject matter expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
- Experience preparing experimental reports, synthesis documentation, technical analyses, or scientific publications in academic or industry settings.
- Strong understanding of chemical principles, laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and modern chemistry concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical content for accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to communicate chemistry concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
