Senior Asset Management Analyst

The Senior Asset Management Analyst supports a large single-family rental portfolio through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, market research, and investor reporting. The role leads capital allocation and planning activities, develops recommendations to improve portfolio and property performance, and collaborates with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and planning processes for the portfolio.
• Develop performance metrics, cash flow targets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor financial results, property conditions, operating trends, and performance against targets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and investor reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research real estate markets and recommend portfolio, property, and process improvements.
• Coordinate asset management initiatives with other departments and guide analysts or interns.
