Director, Customer Value Architects

Director, Customer Value Architects (Cybersecurity): Managing a team of customer value architects to drive onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, and platform value realization with an accent on executive business reviews, ROI analysis, and minimizing churn. Focus on leading strategic initiatives, mentoring staff, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize customer success and revenue growth.

Location: Based in Australia (Sydney/Melbourne).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Customer Value Architects to execute onboarding and define customer success plans.
• Partner with sales leaders to drive Falcon Flex adoption and expansion across strategic accounts.
• Supervise the development of competitive business propositions and ROI analyses to demonstrate platform value.
• Conduct and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure renewals and long-term customer success.
• Monitor usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
• Mentor team members, oversee performance management, and handle pay discussions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in sales methodologies and security software solutions.
• Expert-level leadership skills in collaboration, team prioritization, and strategic planning.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to communicate complex ROI metrics at the C-level.
• Proven track record in managing complex, high-value customer relationships.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and internal events.
