Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing and Accounts Receivable Consultant

About the project

A large data center operator is moving its billing and subscription operations from a legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion across many sites worldwide, in phased waves. This role sits in the Billing, Subscription, and Accounts Receivable (AR) workstream and owns how legacy data is converted and loaded into Oracle Fusion.

What you will do

• Design how the legacy subscription, billing, and AR data maps into Oracle Fusion.
• Build and run the data conversion: File-Based Data Import (FBDI) templates, mapping documents, and load routines.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Subscription Management: subscription setup, pricing, renewals, recurring billing, cancellations, and revenue recognition.
• Set up revenue treatment in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) in line with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Validate and reconcile migrated data, and support cutover, testing, and go-live for each wave.
• Work with business users and technical teams through requirements, testing, and support after go-live.

Must have

• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Subscription Management experience across the full subscription lifecycle.
• Proven data conversion experience using FBDI and spreadsheet-based (ADFDI) templates for Oracle Cloud.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with revenue recognition and RMCS, including ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Both functional and technical depth: able to gather requirements and also build the conversion artifacts.
• Experience through a full implementation cycle: requirements, testing, cutover, and support.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating off a leasing property or billing system.
• Familiarity with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools.
• Integration experience with Order Management, Salesforce, Stripe, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Real estate, data center, or subscription-heavy industry background.
