We're hiring an Application Engineer with precision bearing and spindle expertise to lead our machine tool spindle repair facility.

Must-Haves

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Super precision bearing application knowledge for high-speed rotating equipment
• Bearing failure analysis experience
• Engineering calculations on rotating machine elements
• 2+ years of related experience

What You'll Do

• Manage spindle repair operations and Repair Technicians
• Analyze spindle failures and recommend design improvements
• Quote spindle repairs, parts, and labor
• Coordinate workload with a sister Midwest service center
• Review final repair reports for quality

Nice-to-Haves

• Machine tool service experience
• Machining or grinding experience
• Background in the bearing industry

Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000 to $110,000 base salary
