Part-Time Podiatrist (DPM)

Role Overview We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide podiatric care to residents in assisted living communities in Eureka and the surrounding area. This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. A minimum of 1 day per week is required, and you can choose any weekday that works best for you. This position is available as W-2 or 1099, and we’re happy to accommodate what works best for you.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
• Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics
• Collaborate with our care team including primary care providers and facility staff
• Participate in care coordination and case reviews
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Active California DPM license in good standing
• Active DEA registration
• Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• BLS certification
• Ability to sanitize and maintain own equipment (preferred)

Compensation Estimated annual compensation: $150,000 – $200,000/year, based on patient volume and performance.
