Business Analyst — 3–4 Years of Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to support business and technology projects. The candidate will work with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather requirements, improve processes, and support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
• Support Agile meetings and backlog refinement.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
• Create reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Support UAT, test cases, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Maintain project documents and provide status updates.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UAT and test-case preparation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system implementation, process improvement, or data projects.
• Experience in healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or another business domain.
• Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, or system integrations is a plus.
