Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a passionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a mission-driven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Canon City, Colorado. Position Overview
- Location: Canon City, CO
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Schedule:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends!)
- Part-Time: Flexible scheduling, including weekends if desired
- Pay: $42 – $45 per hour (based on experience)
Core Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and create personalized care plans
- Deliver therapy to address speech, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Supervise CFYs and support personnel per regulations
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare/HIPAA standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Colorado State SLP license
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
- SNF/geriatric experience preferred
- Strong skills in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
- Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational abilities
