Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise identity and access management solutions, including centralized identity services, authentication, authorization, and access-control capabilities.
Develop and implement identity lifecycle workflows, application integrations, provisioning processes, and access-management solutions to support secure and efficient user access.
Configure, integrate, and maintain enterprise security systems while troubleshooting provisioning issues, connection failures, performance concerns, and other technical problems.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to establish consistent IAM practices, evaluate technology capabilities, maintain technical documentation, and support ongoing system operations.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience in identity and access management, IAM platform engineering, lifecycle automation, application integration, access governance, and enterprise security solutions.
Technical Skills	Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Authorization, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Role-Based Access Control, Identity Lifecycle Management, Application Integration, API Integration, Security Engineering, Automation, Scripting, System Troubleshooting
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting identity and access management within state government or public-sector environments, preferably agencies supporting public safety, law enforcement, criminal justice, or government licensing services. Experience with IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting, including enterprise identity administration and access-management processes. Experience designing and implementing RBAC models, separation-of-duties controls, access certification campaigns, and user access reviews. Experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including application integration, user access reviews, and identity governance capabilities.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
