Team Member Plus | Exeter, United Kingdom | Hybrid

The Role

  • Support guests across various resort departments to ensure a fantastic holiday experience.
  • Clean guest accommodation specifically on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Work in diverse areas such as sports & activities, food service (restaurants, quick-serve, bars, shops), the fairground, and buffets.
  • Potentially engage in more than one of these operational areas within a single week.
  • Contribute to an "Altogether More Entertaining" guest experience.

What You'll Need

  • A high-spirited, fun-loving, and adaptable attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and working collaboratively.
  • A passion for making a positive difference for guests.
  • A team-player mentality with energy and a willingness to actively participate ("get stuck in").
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with a typical week covering 35 hours.
  • Must be aged 18 or over to apply.
