Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, Kafka, and PostgreSQL to develop and enhance a modern Unified Workflow Engine platform.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Java/Spring Boot development.
  • Strong experience with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
  • Strong React + TypeScript development experience.
  • Experience with React Query / TanStack Query.
  • Strong experience building REST APIs using Spring Web / WebFlux.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics and partitions.
  • Understanding of Kafka ordering, idempotency and delivery semantics.
  • Strong PostgreSQL and JPA/Hibernate experience.
  • Experience with Flyway or Liquibase database migrations.
  • Experience implementing OAuth2, service authentication and API security/API keys.
  • Experience with JUnit and integration testing.
  • Experience working with private/scoped npm registries/package management.
  • Experience with shared component libraries/design systems.
  • Experience with Module Federation is highly preferred.
  • Strong Git, CI/CD and Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  • Build reusable React/TypeScript UI components and integrate them with backend services.
  • Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
  • Design and implement Kafka producers and consumers.
  • Ensure reliable event processing, ordering and idempotency.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and JPA/Hibernate for data persistence.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and related security mechanisms.
  • Develop unit, integration and automated tests.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners and engineering teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting and production support.
  • Contribute to shared UI libraries and modern frontend architecture.

  • Experience with enterprise workflow platforms.
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/Docker and cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
