Job description

Senior Cisco consultant

About the Role

InOpTra is looking for a senior Cisco consultant who combines deep technical knowledge with a customer-facing, business-focused approach. You will help customers get full value from their Cisco investments by running onboarding, adoption reviews and health checks on behalf of our reseller partners. You will also support presales activities, recommending the right Cisco solutions to meet customer needs.

This is not a break-fix or installation role. You will work directly with customers to understand what they own, show them how to use it, recommend what they need next, and build plans that improve adoption, secure renewals and create new opportunities. Your work will be delivered under our reseller partners’ brands, so professionalism, clear communication and high-quality reporting are essential.
