Job Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and seeking an experienced Epic Data Courier Analyst to support the management, migration, deployment, and maintenance of Epic application configuration and content across healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Data Courier, Epic environments, application migration, release management, and coordination with Epic application teams to ensure accurate and controlled movement of configuration changes between environments.

The candidate will work closely with Epic analysts, application teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders to support application updates, troubleshooting, testing, and production deployments while maintaining system integrity and minimizing operational disruptions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the migration of Epic application configuration, records, and content across development, test, staging, and production environments using Epic Data Courier.
• Coordinate Data Courier imports and exports, ensuring appropriate sequencing, dependencies, and validation of migrated records.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Data Courier errors, import failures, configuration conflicts, and migration issues.
• Collaborate with Epic application analysts and technical teams to identify migration requirements, dependencies, and potential deployment risks.
• Support Epic release management, change control, and deployment processes.
• Validate migrated configuration and application content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across environments.
• Maintain documentation for Data Courier activities, migration procedures, deployment schedules, and issue resolution.
• Support testing activities, including migration validation, regression testing, and post-deployment verification.
• Coordinate with application teams during upgrades, enhancements, maintenance activities, and production releases.
• Follow established change management, security, and healthcare IT governance processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Epic analysts regarding Data Courier migration procedures and best practices.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for migration-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in an Epic healthcare IT environment.
• Experience with Epic Data Courier and Epic configuration migration processes.
• Understanding of Epic environments, including development, testing, and production.
• Experience with application configuration migration, release management, and change control.
• Must have an active Epic Data Courier Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Epic application analysts, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple migration requests and deployment activities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or application enhancements.
• Familiarity with Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, Cadence, Grand Central, Willow, or other Epic applications.
• Experience with Epic environment management and configuration dependencies.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT workflows and HIPAA-related requirements.
• Epic certification or relevant Epic training, where applicable.
• Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or multi-environment Epic deployments.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline.
