The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local community events
• Engage with potential customers, sparking interest in high-quality window and door solutions
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments
• Set up and maintain professional and eye-catching product displays

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations
• A naturally outgoing personality and enjoyment in connecting with new people
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Enthusiasm for assisting customers and making a strong first impression
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs for display setup
• At least 18 years of age and possess a smartphone
