Job Description
- Experience with IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) solutions.
- Configure and support MWM functionality for field service and workforce operations.
- Experience with work scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and field workforce optimization.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide MWM solutions.
- Support integrations between MWM and other IFS applications/systems.
- Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in utilities, field service, or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
