Job description

Role: NOMAD Mainframe SME / Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 1-2 Years+ (Potential Extension)
W2 Only - Must be able to convert without sponsorship

Required Skills:

Deep expertise with NOMAD 4GL administration, development, and support.
Strong Mainframe Administration and Platform Support experience.
Hands-on experience supporting z/VM environments.
Strong knowledge of DB2/MVS, DB2/VM, IMS, IDMS, Adabas, Teradata, VSAM, and QSAM.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting NOMAD-based applications and data access environments.
Strong performance tuning, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
Experience with NOMAD upgrades, implementations, and platform maintenance.
Ability to support both development teams and infrastructure teams.
Experience documenting operational procedures, standards, and support processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to act as a technical SME.
