Shift Lead (Part-Time)
Starting pay: $20-$22/hr, depending on experience, plus tips
We are hiring Shift Leads to support restaurant management and guide team members in delivering friendly, thoughtful service in a clean, engaging environment. New Shift Leads are first trained as team members during a trial period, then given full lead responsibilities once all duties are learned. Responsibilities
Engage with guests to ensure service excellence, embodying our core values: Shine, Compassion, and Drive
Assist with food preparation and service on a daily basis
Prep according to par levels and follow cleaning and prep checklists
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Complete shift administration tasks
Ensure compliance with health department regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety
Oversee team break schedules
Conduct regular inventory checks to keep the restaurant fully stocked
Communicate with the back-of-house team to ensure timely food preparation
Perform taste tests to maintain quality standards
Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn all team member duties before taking on lead responsibilities
Compensation
$20-$22/hr based on experience, plus tips
