Job Description
AI Powered Engineering (AIPE) is seeking a leader to guide its engineering team in Sydney. You will own the team's system of work, establish standards, and elevate practices across development, observability and operational readiness to deliver value safely and rapidly.
You will mentor up to 10 engineers across six squads, promoting growth, performance and capability uplift while maintaining high technical hygiene and a product-oriented mindset.
