About the role Insight Xcite is seeking Systems Integrators and Technical Delivery Managers to coordinate complex technical work across secure, mission-critical environments. Multiple openings are available, and level will be aligned to each candidate's experience and the applicable customer requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, dependencies, risks, and technical deliverables across engineering teams.
- Lead systems integration, deployment, operations and maintenance, and issue-resolution activities.
- Facilitate technical reviews and communicate status, decisions, risks, and action items to stakeholders.
- Maintain implementation plans, configuration records, technical documentation, and delivery metrics.
- Support Agile planning and continuous improvement across concurrent mission efforts. Required Qualifications
- Experience integrating complex systems or managing technical delivery in enterprise or mission environments.
- Strong requirements, planning, risk-management, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and drive issues through resolution.
- Experience with project-tracking, configuration-management, or requirements-management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community or other government customers.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, software, or systems-engineering programs.
- Relevant technical, Agile, or project-management certifications.
Clearance Requirement Due to the nature of our work, Insight Xcite does not sponsor or process security clearances at this time. Applicants must currently possess an active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP) to be considered for employment. Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this level of clearance. Work Location Requirement All Insight Xcite positions are onsite. We do not offer remote or hybrid opportunities. Applicants must be willing and able to work in person at the designated customer location.
