The Role

• Develop strategic sales recommendations for new and existing commercial customers to prevent pests and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad, for sales agreements and organization.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide licensing (company sponsored).
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting, and working in various conditions.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers in their business or home environments.
