Marketing Expert — Creator & Influencer (AI Agent Environments)

Role Responsibilities
Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs, focusing on planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make. Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution. Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones. Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.

Evaluate AI-generated content in
Marketing to improve model outputs and decision-making processes. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments. Qualifications
Must-Have
Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs. Comfortable with creator platforms and disclosure rules. Clear written reasoning skills. Preferred
Prior experience building
AI training environments
,
RL environments
, or simulated case studies. Rubric Academy or
Rubric Bootcamp certification.
