Job Description

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Signal Integrity Hardware Engineer to design and validate high-speed digital interfaces supporting modern data and analytics platforms. You'll own SI/PI analysis, simulation, and lab debug for boards enabling cloud-scale data solutions. Partner with data and platform engineers to define hardware requirements, optimize signal paths, and ensure robust performance across environments. In Everpure's collaborative, learning-focused culture, you'll experiment with new tools, document best practices, and work directly with clients to translate complex technical constraints into reliable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own signal integrity and power integrity analysis for high-speed digital boards supporting data and analytics workloads.
  • Perform simulations, modeling, and what-if studies to optimize interconnects, stackups, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with PCB layout, data platform, and systems teams to define constraints and ensure robust designs.
  • Plan and execute lab bring-up, measurement, and debug using oscilloscopes and related instrumentation.
  • Validate compliance of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and memory subsystems.
  • Document design guidelines, best practices, and test procedures to enable repeatable, scalable hardware development.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate system requirements into hardware specifications.
  • Continuously evaluate new tools, methodologies, and standards to improve SI/PI workflows and hardware performance.
