SAP S4HANA PP/PM Functional Analyst

job summary:

Join our dynamic enterprise systems team as an SAP Functional Analyst helping to drive an essential S/4HANA transformation program. In this role, you will help design and deliver critical operational capabilities in Production Planning (PP) or Plant Maintenance (PM). You will play a central part in bridging business vision with modern technical design, ensuring a seamless and efficient digital transition.

responsibilities:

• Work Setup: On-site in Tampa, FL, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) at Corporate Center III at International Plaza. 100% allocation required.
• Reason for Opening: Urgent business-critical need to support an S/4HANA functional implementation.
• Deliverables: Successful definition of the technical solution, execution of stakeholder workshops, configuration of PP/PM modules, and alignment with the partner's IT team.

qualifications:

8+ years of functional configuration experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) or SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.

Proven track record of active participation in SAP S/4HANA projects.

Strong experience leading functional design workshops and interfacing directly with senior business stakeholders.

Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong preference for deep functional expertise in SAP PP over SAP PM.

Background supporting large-scale enterprise solutions or industrial manufacturing projects.

Excellent functional analytical capabilities with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
