The role involves leading a large team responsible for executing merchandising initiatives across numerous retail locations, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving key performance metrics. The Role

• Lead and develop a team of 100+ merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations.
• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of merchandising projects, including category resets, new item cut-ins, and audits.
• Foster strong working relationships with retail partners and client personnel.
• Drive recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching for field employees.
• Manage district operational costs and ensure timely project completion.
• Contribute to regional and company-wide success as part of a dedicated team.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail operations or field management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of detail.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the district.
