Overview

Our Wealth Management Client is looking for a senior delivery-focused individual to support the CRM transformation programme, primarily involving Microsoft Dynamics.

Our client recently acquired another wealth management company, so the work will be related to M&A

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between the programme team and business stakeholders.

• Work closely with Newly acquired firm's programme stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Our Clients business needs.

• Coordinate and orchestrate delivery activities across multiple workstreams rather than performing hands-on implementation.

• Support customer migration activities from Newly acquired firm into Our clients where required.

• Oversee work associated with the decommissioning of the Newly acquired firms platform and the downstream impacts on data, processes and customer journeys.

• Ensure alignment across stakeholders operating in uncertain and evolving programme conditions.

Desired Profile

• Strong programme or project management background.

• Good understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.

• Strong appreciation of data and customer journeys.

• Experienced stakeholder manager with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Able to challenge constructively and ask the right questions.

• Long-term commitment preferred, with an expected engagement of 2-3 years.

Dont need hands on dynamics implementation experience, need an understanding of it and someone to 'steer' in right direction.
