Job Description

Seeking a Retail Sales Specialist with strong technology sales experience to drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and customer onboarding.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of technology sales experience, including transactional selling.
• Full-cycle sales experience, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DocuSign.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, follow up on opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with prospective and existing merchants.
• Manage sales activities and pipeline tracking using Salesforce.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, product launches, and initial adoption
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with business owners and support sales growth.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Restaurant sales, restaurant technology, or merchant acquisition experience.
• Salesforce pipeline reporting and forecasting.
• Experience using ChatGPT or Gemini for sales prospecting and pitch development.
• Spanish or Mandarin fluency.
