We are seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue and build strong client relationships within a prestigious university setting. The Role • Drive catering revenue by developing and managing on-campus and external client relationships. • Focus heavily on outside sales and non-collegiate hospitality business. • Prospect and secure new catering business, with an emphasis on external and off-campus clients. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals. • Represent the account at community events, networking functions, and industry opportunities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients from inquiry through event execution. What You'll Need • 3-5+ years of experience in catering sales, hotel sales, or hospitality sales. • Proven success in outside sales and revenue generation. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience managing multiple clients and events simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/event management systems. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
