Freelance<br />A leading contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major builders work package on a high-profile project in London.<br />This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and lead their own package.<br />Key Responsibilities Managing the delivery of a builders work package from planning through to completion.<br />Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.<br />Monitoring programme, quality, health &amp; safety, and commercial performance.<br />Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification.<br />Chairing progress meetings and providing regular project updates.<br />Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.<br />Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.Requirements Experience working within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.<br />Previous experience managing work packages or projects on site.<br />Strong organisational and communication skills.<br />Ability to drive programme and manage multiple stakeholders.<br />Knowledge of health &amp; safety and quality standards.<br />Ambitious Assistant Project Managers looking to step up into a Project Manager role will be considered.What's on Offer? £350 - £450 per day.<br />Long-term project opportunity in London.<br />Exposure to a major construction project.<br />Supportive team environment with opportunities for career progression.<br />Ideal opportunity for an Assistant PM ready to take the next step.
