Member Marketing Campaign Manager

Role Description:
Supports the execution and delivery of Medicare member marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction across the member journey. Partners closely with strategy, creative, operations, analytics, digital, and product teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and provide exceptional member experience.   
Key Responsibilities
•            Execute end-to-end member marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, digital, and member-facing experiences.
•            Coordinate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Creative, Operations, Analytics, and Digital teams to deliver marketing initiatives on schedule and within scope.
•            Manage campaign workflows, project timelines, creative reviews, approvals, and implementation activities to ensure successful campaign deployment.
•            Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis to identify insights, optimizations, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
•            Develop campaign briefs, maintain project documentation, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle. 

Required skills:
•        3+ years of hands-on marketing campaign execution experience, preferably supporting customer or member engagement initiatives.
•            Proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and driving delivery from planning through launch and performance measurement.
•            Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across marketing, creative, operations, and business functions.
•            Experience managing campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
•            Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence and execution.

•           Experience using Workfront for campaign planning, workflow management, project tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
