Job Description:

We are looking for QE Engineers with strong Mainframe Testing experience.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mainframe application testing along with exposure to test automation tools/frameworks.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Mainframe Testing / QA
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2 and Mainframe applications
• Automation Experience: Candidates with any of the following are preferred:

Selenium / Playwright

UFT/QTP

IBM Rational Functional Tester

Cucumber

Java/Python-based automation

Mainframe automation/testing tools

API automation tools such as REST Assured/Postman

• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and system testing
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe batch processing and job validation
• Experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios
• Good understanding of SQL/DB2 validation
• Experience with JCL and Mainframe utilities
• Exposure to automation testing tools/frameworks is required or highly preferred
• Ability to analyze test failures and perform defect investigation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and defect-tracking skills
