General & Administrative Business Finance Partner - Corporate Operations

Agilent seeks a General & Administrative Business Partner for Corporate Operations to provide financial decision support to HR, Legal, Corporate Development, and Technology leaders. The role involves strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and performance monitoring for senior executives in a remote-eligible position.

Responsibilities
Provide financial support and analysis to HR, Legal, Technology, and Corporate Development leadership
Manage full financial planning and reporting cycle including month-end close and variance analysis
Develop informative and repeatable financial reports highlighting business trends and improvement opportunities
Design and implement financial processes and tools to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent master's degree
10+ years of practical experience in financial planning and reporting
Proficiency with SAP, HANA, Essbase, HPCM, or similar enterprise resource planning systems
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidation, and reconciliation
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and business case development
Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities
Compensation:
$135,840-$254,700/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
