Description

?SAIC is hiring for a Desktop Support specialist to provide support for multiple projects. Must have great communication and Desktop experience supporting Corp environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs if needed. This job family is responsible for the installation, servicing and upgrading PC equipment and peripherals. Troubleshoots and repairs computer software, hardware, and network configurations. Provides technical and user support for PC components, mainframe networking, and LAN-based systems. May be internal or external client-focused.

Qualifications

?TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years related experience with relevant certification.

Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug screen.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
