Manager - Employee Health & Wellness - Vineland

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Responsible for the daily operations of the Employee Health program for Inspira Health Network employees, physicians, residents, and volunteers. Provides oversight for the Inspira Workers Compensation program including appropriate case management. In addition, the Manager is responsible for decision making, daily operations, financial viability, employee preventative safety and long-range planning for all areas of responsibility. Works closely with Infection Control, Risk and Human Resources departments. Reports directly to the EH Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Master’s degree in a health-related field or Human Resources preferred; however, matriculation into a Master’s program within 6 months of hire required
• At least three years of work-related experience as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of leadership experience in the healthcare field. 
• Experience in Occupational or Employee Health nursing preferred.

Certification/ Licensure:

• BLS required
• Current RN license (New Jersey)
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S) preferred.
