Pay Range$13.00-$23.00 Per Hr

Description
Engage with a dynamic team to ensure quality control standards are met.
Work in a hybrid setting with a requirement to be onsite three days a week.
Contract position lasting six months with potential for overtime based on business needs.
Utilize a range of technologies to monitor and evaluate service quality.
Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate interactions to ensure service quality and compliance.
Document feedback and provide recognition for positive performance.
Identify potential fraud or abuse and report findings.
Analyze process changes for impact on service quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience in quality control or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Experience in cross-functional team environments.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and solutions.
