Digital Product Manager

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product planning and prioritization for the FMSA integration layer and Trustwell platform to meet compliance objectives.
• Define and track product success metrics, adoption measures, and operational KPIs.
• Own user stories and detailed product requirements for integrations, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Analyze end-to-end data flows and identify gaps in data definitions and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering and architecture teams to ensure integration requirements align with technical standards.
• Lead product outcomes, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment in Agile environments.
• Act as the primary product contact for FMSA integration and Trustwell capabilities, facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in an integration-heavy environment.
• Strong understanding of data flows across disparate systems, including source-to-target mapping and data transformations.
• Experience defining user stories, requirements, and workflows for complex enterprise products.
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Chain, Logistics, Retail, or Franchise operations.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware solutions, or data quality management.
• A Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field.
• An MBA or master s degree.
• 5 years of experience translating business strategy into digital products and platform capabilities.
