Approximately 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in data centers, telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, or a related industry

Comfortable building a territory from the ground up rather than relying solely on an established account list
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed
Background with a distributor, supplier, contractor, or system integrator serving the data center or telecommunications market
Familiarity with structured cabling/low-voltage, electrical or MEP contracting, data center equipment, or related technologies

You'll have significant ownership over the development of the Texas market, direct visibility with company leadership, and the opportunity to help establish the foundation for a long-term presence in one of the country's most active data center and infrastructure markets.

If you're a proven business development professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and creating new markets, we'd love to hear from you. We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
