Aerospace Engineer Quality / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering

North Carolina

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, NCR/MRB, FMEA/PFMEA, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, GD&T, and process optimization.
  • Experience with AS9100, AS9102/FAI, ISO 9001, and aerospace quality standards is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
