Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise server infrastructure.
- Configure and manage Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
- Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Coordinate server configuration, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Administer IIS web servers.
- Build and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support Linux (RedHat & Ubuntu) environments.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to deploy and support enterprise applications.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
- Create technical documentation and automate administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Administration experience.
- 4+ years of Windows Server Administration (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- 4+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud administration.
- 4+ years of Microsoft enterprise technologies administration.
- 4+ years of networking experience with TCP/IP, DNS, NTFS Permissions, and Samba/CIFS.
- 3+ years of IIS Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity Management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Azure administration.
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Linux Administration (RedHat & Ubuntu).
- API Management, IT Service Automation, and Batch Job Services.
- Infrastructure automation, cloud networking, and cybersecurity.
Required: Candidates must have strong experience with Windows Server Administration, AWS Cloud, Microsoft Technologies, IIS, and enterprise infrastructure support.
