Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise server infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Coordinate server configuration, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Administer IIS web servers.
• Build and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support Linux (RedHat & Ubuntu) environments.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to deploy and support enterprise applications.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Create technical documentation and automate administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Administration experience.
• 4+ years of Windows Server Administration (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• 4+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud administration.
• 4+ years of Microsoft enterprise technologies administration.
• 4+ years of networking experience with TCP/IP, DNS, NTFS Permissions, and Samba/CIFS.
• 3+ years of IIS Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Azure administration.
• Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Linux Administration (RedHat & Ubuntu).
• API Management, IT Service Automation, and Batch Job Services.
• Infrastructure automation, cloud networking, and cybersecurity.

Required: Candidates must have strong experience with Windows Server Administration, AWS Cloud, Microsoft Technologies, IIS, and enterprise infrastructure support.
