The Role

• Greet and interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Prepare and display fresh produce on the sales floor according to company standards.
• Stock, price, rotate, and ensure the quality and freshness of produce items.
• Assist with receiving and unloading product deliveries.
• Provide guests with product knowledge and assistance with weighing produce.
• Maintain high sanitation standards in all work areas, including the sales floor and backroom.

What You'll Need

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs constantly.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding instructions and information.
