SENIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST

Description:
​This is an email marketing-focused position.

• Email marketing strategy and execution: Develop and execute integrated email marketing strategies that support awareness, lead generation, conversion, engagement, and retention, including customer journeys and nurture programs across the marketing funnel.
• Marketo, CRM, and marketing automation: Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Adobe Marketo and CRM systems, including campaign development, segmentation, personalization, automated workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle programs, contact management, and data quality.
• Content, personalization, and technical execution: Create compelling, persona-based email experiences using strong copywriting, audience insights, dynamic content, and personalization; proficiency with HTML/CSS, responsive email design, templates, accessibility, rendering, and cross-client QA. Experience using AI to support content development is a plus.
• Measurement, testing, and optimization: Analyze campaign performance across engagement, conversion, funnel, retention, pipeline/revenue, and other business outcomes; develop A/B and multivariate tests and translate results into ongoing campaign and audience optimization.
• Deliverability, compliance, and campaign management: Apply best practices for deliverability, sender reputation, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), list hygiene, consent/preferences, privacy, and email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), while effectively managing multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

Additional Experience and/or Qualifications:
Business acumen including proven expertise in creating marketing strategies based on business objectives.
It is preferred if experience includes work with a major brand.
Requires strong leadership problem solving critical thinking active listening quantitative skills persuasive oral and written communication project management presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven execution ability including digital marketing experience.
Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style and collaborative environment that expects and promotes teamwork.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment and have experience in effectively meeting deadlines on-time with a quality product.
Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic flexibility and creativity.

Must require experience working with target audiences market research and competitive landscape evaluation.

Position may require occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
