Partner with the Head of People on an ambitious programme of People & Culture projects over the next 12 months and beyond, including employee engagement surveys, performance review cycles, evolving our company values, and reviewing our benefits offering.

Comfortable working with People data, reporting and HR metrics.
Experience and passion for supporting or delivering People, culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
